INGREDIENTS (IN NO SPECIFIC ORDER):

Strawberries, Guava, Ghost pepper puree, Hungarian pepper, Anaheim pepper, Jalapeno pepper, garlic, shallot, lemon juice, sugar, sea salt, vinegar, cinnamon, allspice

"I'll admit it, i've been chasing the produce sales just to find new, fun ingredients to experiment with.  Even though the guava was regular priced I only used about 1 part guava to 3 parts strawberry.   Sure, I could have gone all strawberry but what's the fun in that?  I figured since the guava was lighter colored I would use lighter colored peppers.  Then I made a last minute decision to not only add cinnamon and allspice but for it to be my first filtered sauce.   What I was left with was an oddly delicious, pink velvety hot sauce.  But what do you put it on, I mean, it's pink and probably wouldn't look good or pair with most food, right?  That's the fun in it, at least for me.  Challenge accepted.  Do you want to try the challenge?"
