INGREDIENTS (IN NO SPECIFIC ORDER):

Roasted red and green Hatch chiles, Carolina Reaper powder, garlic, lime juice, tomatillo, salt, agave syrup, homegrown cilantro.

HEAT LEVEL: Medium-Hot

CHEF COMMENTS:

"I didn't do anything fancy here because I wanted the flavor of the roasted Hatch chiles to be the main feature.  This is a thicker style sauce due to the large amount of Hatch chiles I used.  The Carolina Reaper was used gently - just enough to give it an extra kick!"
